Karel Luner Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Karel Luner is acting as the director of the company MND Gas Storage a.s. After he finished his studies in 1989, he joined company Moravské naftové doly a.s., where he started his professional growth and since 1996 he had been working on various managing positions until 2008. He made use of gained experience on projects in Russia, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria. He was a member of the supervisory board and later on of the board of directors in the daughter company MND Production a.s. Before his arrival to the company MND Gas Storage a.s., he worked as a manager for company RWE Transgas Net, s.r.o. and subsequently as a project manager for NET4GAS s.r.o. Mr. Luner is a member of various professional associations.

Slavomír Halla Lawyer and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Graduate of the Masaryk University, Faculty of Law, at which he currently pursues a PhD diploma. Mr. Halla spent part of his master studies at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Since 2009 he has been working for MND Group. His first position was with MND Drilling & Services a.s where he acted as an in-house counsel specializing in international contracts. From 2010, Mr. Halla has participated in administration of legal matters for other companies within MND Group. He transferred to MND Gas Storage a.s. in the beginning of 2011 as its general counsel. On 1 January, 2012, he also assumed the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Auditor on the Equal Treatment Program. His professional interests are closely connected with energy law, contracts and international trade. Mr. Halla is member of Association of In-House Lawyers of the Czech Republic and International Bar Association.

Petr Brož Head of the Trade Department – Trade Manager and Member of the Board of Directors

After he finished his studies at the VŠB – Technical University in Ostrava in 1995, Mr. Brož joined the company SMP a.s. where he held various positions within the financial department and since 2000 managerial positions within the trade department. Mr. Brož also worked for companies Inlescollor s.r.o. and VČP a.s. In 2005 he joined MND Group and since then he has been responsible for gas trading activities of MND Group. In 2011, Mr. Brož became employee of company MND Gas Storage a.s. in which he is in charge of the trade department.
