The quality focus of our company is on providing services and products that meet or exceed requirements of our customers. Therefore, we decided to implement the management quality system of ISO 9001.

The implementation process was successfully completed by the final audit in May 2001. Certificate acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001 was provided by TÜV Management Service, Munich, Germany.

Our quality management system includes providing our employees with training and knowledge to be able to recognize and satisfy requirements of our customers.

Quality, reliability and efficiency are our characteristics during all our activities:

• All our activities are supervised by quality assurance managers. The quality assurance management is a body of high priority.
• The management of production and services is documented, its responsibilities affecting the quality of our products and services are clearly assigned.
• Each our employee is responsible for the quality of his/her own work, and is aware of his/her own share in the overall quality.
• Our production and service support allows to satisfy needs of our customers in terms of quality, time and price.

Success of our company requires active participation of each individual and each team in the company, and their continuous development.
