Company KKCG Group (kkcg.eu) has completed the acquision of the Oil and Oil products Reloading terminal „OOO Itera Samara“ on 28th of July 2011. KKCG has acquired 100% of the capital and according the KKCG standards, the name of the company has been changed to „OOO MND Samara“ (KKCG is 100% holder of company MND, Czech republic).

Fundamental activities of “OOO MND Samara” are the services of downloading, storing and loading of the crude oil from oil pipeline “Druzhba” (Transneft) at the pipeline account No. 1204 “IGMA” and the folowing transportation by railway tanks or by river-sea tankers on Volga river.

“OOO MND Samara” has its activities on the territory of Samara region in the town Oktyabrsk with the headquarters in Samara. The terminal is located on the right bank of Volga river (Oktyabrsk) on the crossings of rail and water magistral ways, which gives the advantages to transport the oil or oil products to Black sea and Caspian sea.

”OOO MND Samara” offers the folowing services:

• Exportation of crude oil by railway and waterway from oil pipeline “Druzhba” (part of Transneft network) when the client posses the export volumes:
• by the railway up to 1 800 thousand tons/year (150 thousand tons/month)
• by Volga river up to 1 600 thousand tons/year (200 thousnad tons/month from April to November)
• Possible export directions: Kazakhstan, Belarussia, Ukraine – by railway, Caspian countries and Black sea by the Volga river (shipping by river-sea tankers)
• Reloading of the crude oil for Volga region for the further processing in the refineries, not having the connection to crude oil pipeline, by the reloading „pipeline-railway“
• Mixing of the crude oil from pipeline in order to obtain better oil quality (namely mixing with gas condensates)
• Reloading of gasoil (diesel) from railways to river tankers (river-sea) up to 7 000 tons for the exportation with the capacity up to 240 thousand tons/ year (in navigation period from April to November)
• The supplying the river mazout the river tankers by the own jetty

The terminal is composed from the folowing storage equipment:

• Crude oil (3 tanks for 10 000 m3 each), means 21 924 toms of crude oil stored
• Gasoil (diesel) or ship low density fuel (1 tank 10 000 m3), means 7 500 tons
• Gasoil (diesel, 1 tank 3 000 m3), means 2 000 tons
